Terms of Service

License

Devinity is sold as a one-time license, not a subscription. When you purchase a license, you receive a license key that activates Devinity on a specific number of devices based on your tier:

• ▸Basic — 1 device
• ▸Personal — 2 devices
• ▸Team — 5+ devices

You can transfer your license to a new device by deactivating it on the old one first. If you lose access to a device, contact support and we'll help transfer it.

No subscriptions

We don't charge recurring fees. Your one-time purchase includes all current tools and future updates. There are no hidden costs, no premium tiers, and no feature unlocks after purchase.

Refund policy

If Devinity doesn't work for you, email support@devinity.app within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked. After 14 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• ▸Reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the Devinity application
• ▸Share, sell, or transfer your license key to others (each key is tied to your email)
• ▸Use Devinity for any illegal activity

Software provided "as is"

Devinity is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We're not liable for data loss, lost profits, or any damages arising from the use of the software. The tools process data locally on your machine — we recommend keeping backups of important files.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we'll notify you via email (if we have your address from your purchase). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
