We don't collect your data

Devinity is an offline-first application. All 95 tools run locally on your machine. The text, files, and data you process in Devinity never leave your device. We don't have a server that receives your tool input, and we can't see what you're working on.

No telemetry, no analytics

We don't embed analytics SDKs, tracking pixels, or telemetry in the app. We don't know how often you use it, which tools you open, or how long you spend. Your usage patterns are yours.

What we do collect

The only data we process is what's necessary to run the business:

• ▸License keys — your email and license key are stored by Dodo Payments, our payment processor, and used to verify your license.
• ▸Payment information — handled entirely by Dodo Payments. We never see or store your credit card details.
• ▸Support emails — if you email us, we keep the conversation to help resolve your issue.

Update checks

The macOS app checks for updates by fetching an appcast XML file from our CDN (cdn.devinity.app). This request includes no personal data — it's a simple file download to check if a new version is available.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data (email and license records) by emailing support@devinity.app. Since we don't collect usage data, there's nothing to delete beyond your license record.
